Equalizer Games, LLC. (“The Quarterback Equalizer”) is the first release of our football training aid family of app’s to help football players of all levels from neighborhood teams and schools to collegiate and professional to better understand how to dissect an opponent’s defensive coverage.

No Information Collected from Children

Because it does not collect such information, Visual Solutions has no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. For our users, we use personal information mainly to provide the Services and contact our users regarding account activities, new version and product offerings, or other communications relevant to the Services. VISUAL SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY, FOR CULPABLE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENT) ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS/VENDORS.
